Volleyball 4 Fun

GRADES 3-6 OR MIDDLE SCHOOL

Want to learn the game of volleyball in a fun and relaxed atmosphere?  Learn it game from top club coaches. Mavericks VBC is a premier club in the Inland Empire. Most of the kids in this class love it so much, they decide to continue with our CLUB teams. We will teach all the skills needed to play the game and will break it up according to the different age groups. Girls AND boys are welcome in VB 4 Fun.

NEW SUMMER SCHEDULE!

Starting 7/9/10 the VB 4 Fun schedule will be as follows:

Grades 7 & 8
Mon & Weds 5-7 p.m.

Grades 3-6
Weds. 5-7 p.m.
Fri. 4-6 p.m.

The cost of the class is $125.00 per month which covers two classes per week based on the schedule above. Classes must be consecutive. No pre-registration required. Just show up ready to have some fun. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. No obligation after the first class if you don't want to join, but we're sure you will!

2010 ALL-SKILLS SUMMER CAMPS

It’s time to prepare for the upcoming season. Whether it's for high school, middle school, next club season, or learning the game for the first time, come improve your skills in a fun, positive environment at Mavericks Volleyball Club.

Our All-Skills Camps focus on developing hitting, setting, serving, and all aspects of defensive play. Camps are organized by age, gender, and skill level in order to best meet the individual needs of players.

Each camp costs $180, due on the first session of each camp. Be sure to arrive 15 min early to the first session in order to complete registration forms and submit payment.

  • 8th grade & younger BOYS: August 17, 19, 24, 26 from 5-7 PM
  • High school BOYS: August 17, 19, 24, 26 from 7-9 PM
  • 7th & 8th grade girls-EXPERIENCED: August 23, 25, 30 & Sept. 1 from 7-9 PM
  • 6th grade & younger girls-BEGINNERS: August 31 & Sept. 2, 7, 9 from 5-7 PM
  • 6th grade & younger girls-EXPERIENCED: August 31 & Sept. 2, 7, 9  from 7-9 PM
  • 7th & 8th grade girls-BEGINNERS: Sept. 7, 8, 13, 15 from 7-9 PM

13-1s FINISH AMONG BEST IN THE U.S.

We are proud to announce that 13-Phil/Nichole has finished among the top teams in the country. Competing in the elite 13 National Division, the Mavericks 13-1s finished 13th at the 2010 USA Volleyball Junior National Championships.  The girls went 6-3 for the tournament (with an additional Round 2 tie-breaker victory) and consistently demonstrated tremendous effort and class throughout the 4-day event.  Great job players and coaches!!


BIG TOURNEYS MARK END OF THE 2010 SEASON

The 2010 girls season has come to an end.  Mavericks teams finished the year training hard for the final tournaments of the year.  Mavericks were well represented at the SCVA Summer Soiree, The Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, and the 2010 USA Volleyball Junior National Championships. Congrats on a great 2010 season!! Be sure to check back often for information on summer clinics and 2011 season tryout information.
